I look for my essence under the light of God that never leave me.
The substance of reality escapes from me but I'm here.
I don't surrender, neither I will stop.
I will look for the light, in this meaningless way.
But it's the God's promise. "Follow me and I will lead you in a land where milk and honey flow"

Cerco la mia natura alla luce di un Dio che non mi abbandona mai.
La sostanza delle cose mi sfugge ma io sono qua.
Non mi arrenderò, ne mi fermerò.
Cercherò la luce, in questa via così insensata.
